How We Retain Data:

Other information, such as heart rate, exercise, or activity data, is retained until you use your account settings or tools to delete the data or your account. When you delete your account, most of your information will be deleted within 30 days. However, it may take up to 90 days to completely remove your personal data from our systems. Through your account settings, you can export your sleep time data to third-party applications like Apple Health and may also be able to download your sleep data in a commonly used file format.

Editing and Deleting Data:

Editing and deleting your data is simple when you log into your account. You have the ability to edit the information you've provided and delete your account if you choose to do so. If you encounter any difficulties with this process, please reach out to us at support@TuneMe.io. We typically respond to your requests within 10-14 business days. When you opt to delete your account, please note that while most of your information will be removed within 30 days, it may take up to 90 days to clear all of your data, including that stored in our backup systems. This extended timeline is necessary due to the complexity and size of our data storage systems. Additionally, certain data may be preserved for legal reasons or to prevent harm, as explained in the "How We Share Information" section.

Objecting to Data Use:

We provide you with account settings and tools to control how your data is used. For example, through your account settings, you can manage the notifications you receive from us and revoke access for third-party applications that you previously connected to your account. In specific circumstances, you can object to our processing of your information based on our legitimate interests, as detailed in the "How We Use Information" section.
